Title: Bilingual Translator/Interpreter (English/French)
Location: New York, NY
Duties: To provide simultaneous interpreter & transcription at multi-national conferences/meetings. Prepare legal documents, professional/medical journals, articles, and publications translations. Draft, proof-read, edit and certify translations. Use of TRADOS, Adobe inDesign CS2, Quarkexpress Passport.
Requirements: Minimum MA degree in Translation, 6 months in-job or job-related experience.
Position Type: Full-time (40 hr/wk) 40 hr/wk., Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
